In February 2023 I was engaged to work with NewsCheck Comedy again, this time as an Irish terrorist kidnapping the most annoying radio DJ imaginable!
It was a short piece to be put up on the TikToks and Instagrams, and I was joined by Ross McCarney, whose gone on to work with Joe.ie, playing the DJ, and Owen James playing the hapless kidnapper who can't stand the excessive banality.
Written and directed by David Atkinson, I think everyone will recognise the patter of pop music DJs that seems to never end. Sometimes all you want is the music! (Don't get me started on the Radio Industrial Complex!).
